When we developed our Transmission Fluid Change Kits over 10 years ago, the MT82 Transmission Fluid Kit was the first kit released. Our MT82 Kit is still our most popular, we originated it and now we have simplified it to include the MGC Additive standard.
This Fluid typically makes a drastic difference in shifting performance over the OEM fluid fill as well as most competitive brands.
This kit works in all Camaros, Firebirds, Mustangs and Thunderbird Turbo Coupes equipped with the Borg Warner T5 Transmission from 1983 on.
This kit will also work in the Tremec TR-3650 5 speed transmission with the updated Fluid Fill of 3.2 Quarts. Our Kit with the MGC additive provides a total of 3.2 quarts.
Ford Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) 04-15-6, published in July 2004, specifies that the Tremec TR-3650 transmission should be filled with 3.0 liters (3.2 quarts)

BG Syncro Shift® II Full Synthetic Gear Lubricant is specially formulated for manual transmissions, transaxles, transfer cases, and Haldex units. It is a full synthetic API GL-4 gear lubricant that provides unmatched film strength and wear protection. It provides exceptional resistance to mechanical shearing, has excellent low-temperature fluidity, and is safe for all steel, brass, and copper alloys.
BG Syncro Shift® II is an API GL-4 gear lubricant blended to SAE 75W-75 viscosity and may be effectively used in all vehicles where engine oil, ATF, or GL-4 gear oil is specified as “service fill” for manual transmissions.
