We have combined our BG Syncro Shift Kit with your choice of BG Ultra-Guard Differential Fluid which allows you to perform a complete driveline service with 1 kit for your Tremec TR6060 equipped Mustang.

Improves the shift performance of the Tremec 6060 6 speed manual transmission used in the Ford Mustang GT500, or any Mustang that has been converted to the TR6060 Transmission The OEM Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) Fill does not stand up to the heat and loads generated when these vehicles are driven hard in a Road Course environment.

Automatic transmission fluids (ATFs) and other light lubricants are often recommended for use in transfer case, manual transmission, and transaxle applications. Due to their light viscosity and low film strength these fluids do not fully protect all components. Manual transmissions and transaxles in particular, induce severe fluid shearing, greatly sacrificing wear protection.

We recommend Following Ford's Guidelines and using the 75W-140LS Fluid in all Solid Axle 8.8" Mustangs.

BG Ultra-Guard® LS Heavy Duty is recommended for use in applications requiring Ford WSL-M2C-192-A gear lubricant. Excellent for use in conventional and limited-slip applications.

For High Power or Track Driven Mustangs we recommend 75W-140LS Ultra-Guard Heavy Duty. Customer Feedback has shown the 75W-140 Viscosity delays the Differential Over Temperature Warning Experienced on a Road Course. This fluid operates similarly to 75W-90 at low temperatures.
