This BladeRunner Intercooler represents the next generation of intercoolers. Designed specifically for the 2016-2017 Nissan Titan Xd V8-5.0L turbo diesel Cummins, this BladeRunner intercooler utilizes a 3 Inch bar and plate core design. This design outflows the factory tube and fin core design, while the 3/16 Inch Tig-Welded end tanks offer superior strength and durability.

aFe has also added CNC machined vent tubes, which use a solid Npt plug for periodic draining of any type of build up inside the intercooler. Also included is four auxiliary 1/8 Inch Npt sensor ports are provided for the use of sensors or any type of injection. End Tanks: The unique BladeRunner end tanks are constructed out of 3/16'' Tig-Welded aluminum plates.

3 Inch Bar and Plate Core Design: The use of the bar and plate core design allows for greater airflow. Billet Aluminum Inlet/Outlets: This BladeRunner Intercooler uses 3 Inch inlets and outlets for superior strength and durability. Tig-Welded: 100 percent Tig-Welded by certified craftsmen for race proven strength and durability.

Tig-Welding provides the strongest welds reducing stress cracks. Condensation Drain: The intercooler includes a 1/8 Inch Npt vent, which can be used to drain any type of build up from the intercooler. Perfect Fit: Utilizes the factory mounting locations for a hassle-free installation.
