The new Hooker BlackHeart LS Swap Engine Mounting Brackets are designed to be used with BlackHeart Transmission Crossmembers (71222012HKR or 71222013HKR) for a trouble-free installation with optimized driveline angles.

No additional engine mounts are required. See the Instructions for additional compatibility and to identify which crossmember and adapter are required for your transmission choice (some will reuse the factory crossmember and mount).
