Wiring an alternator through a master disconnect the wrong way is one of the most common electrical mistakes on a race car, and it usually costs an alternator. This jumper is the correct way to do it. An 8 AWG jumper rated at 120 Amp with plated 3/8 Inch eyelets on both ends, it jumps current from the battery side of the switch to the alternator side to complete the charging circuit.

Fits QuickCar high amp master disconnects 55-005, 55-008, 55-013, and 55-023.
